■What's your wholesale price and minimum order?
Our displayed prices are wholesale price. Each style there is a minimum order of 3 pcs / Style required, however, you can mix different sizes and colors of the same style in order to meet the 3 pcs minimum order requirement.
Also there is a 12pcs total order quantities required to check out. This is to protect our wholesale customers from the retail buyers.
■Will I get additional discount with bulk purchase?
Definitely. You'll usually enjoy an additional 5%-20% Off the wholesale price if your purchase over 5 pcs of the same style (free to mix sizes & colors). Please refer to our discount chart of each products. The system will automatically calculate your discount in your shopping cart.
■How will I know my order has been placed?
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided in the registration form.
■How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm it is on it’s way to you.
■I haven’t received my order what shall I do now?
If the time has exceeded the estimated delivery, first of all please check with your local post office or neighbours to see if they are holding your parcel. If the post office doesn’t have you parcel please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to help locate your order.
■How do I exchange an item?
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange items, please return your item for a refund and re-order the item you would like. Please note the cost of postage will not be refunded.
■What do I do if I receive the wrong item/missing items/items received are damaged?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible in any of these cases and a member of our team will be able to help you.
■What happens if my parcel gets lost in the post?
If you do not receive your order in the time period allocated we will contact our courier service and raise a full investigation. Once we have confirmed with the courier service you did not receive your order we can then re-dispatch a new order or issue you with a refund.
■Have you received my returned item?
Once your returned order has been processed by our warehouse we will send you an email to let you know, if you do not receive this email within 20 days please contact our customer service team and they will happily help you track down your order.
■Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately once you have placed an order changes cannot be made as the team will already be processing your order at the warehouse.
■What sizes are available?
We carry a variety of designers' collections, so the available sizes of each item may vary. Please refer to the size options of each item.
